How to cook the perfect Snackish Sausage

PAN 

  • Thaw your frozen sausages.
  • Put sausages in cold pan.
  • Add butter or oil and bring to medium heat. 
  • Cook 8 minutes on both sides, until golden brown.

 

BBQ

  • Thaw your frozen sausages.
  • Light up the grill, medium heat is best.
  • Avoid direct flames, and cook 8 minutes on both sides, until golden brown.

 

SOUS VIDE

  • Warm up the water at 65.5 Celsius with your Thermocirculator.
  • Leave your sausages in the original packaging, and cook for 45 minutes.
  • In a pan or on the BBQ, cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
